The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party. All personal data submitted to ANHJALI is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Full name, email address, institutional affiliation, academic title, ORCID iD, country of residence, and biographical statement provided during registration or submission.
Manuscript files, authorship metadata, co-author contact details, cover letters, conflict-of-interest disclosures, funding information, and ethical approval documentation.
Editor decision records, peer review reports, reviewer identities (kept confidential), editorial correspondence, and revision histories stored within the journal management system.
IP addresses, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of access, and session duration — collected automatically for security and platform analytics purposes.
ANHJALI employs a double-blind peer review process. Neither the authors' identities nor the reviewers' identities are disclosed to the other party throughout the review process. This policy is enforced to ensure unbiased, objective scientific evaluation.

Author names and affiliations are removed from manuscripts before being sent to reviewers for evaluation.

ANHJALI does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data may be shared with the following trusted third-party services only where necessary for journal operations:
Journal data is hosted on OJS (Open Journal Systems) by Public Knowledge Project (PKP). PKP's data handling is governed by their privacy policy at pkp.sfu.ca.
Author names, affiliations, and article metadata are submitted to Crossref for DOI registration (prefix: 10.51559). This metadata becomes part of the public Crossref database.
Published article metadata (titles, authors, abstracts, keywords) is shared with DOAJ, Google Scholar, Garuda, and other academic indexing services to maximize article discoverability.
The journal uses email servers hosted by the institution and Google (Gmail) solely for editorial correspondence. Email addresses are never shared with third-party marketing platforms.

Research participant data presented in manuscripts must be de-identified in accordance with applicable medical ethics regulations before submission.
